In this first book in The April Curran Series, school is back in session at Crimson Cove High, definitely not your average educational facility. I found this book to be incredibly well written, the man who wrote it must be a genius! I was almost skeptical at first, until I read the first few lines. "Your cover's color reminds me of a cow's back and I think that's funny. Clowns also make me laugh." I knew right then I was in for a great treat. The plot was gripping, and impossible to predict. I almost thought that the writer was just incompetent in the sense that it was so hard to follow, but then I assured myself I was just unable to fully comprehend the master work he had created for me to enjoy. Such vivid details were used to make me feel as though I were actually at the school with these interesting teens. I practically starved myself because I couldn't bring myself to put the book down long enough to get myself some food.However, I had to give the book one star because it was absolutely terrible, as I was creating better Twilight meets Harry Potter fan fiction at the age of 5 months. And by that, I mean I soiled my diaper.

Entertaining & funny for teenage or young adult into Ann Rice or Percy Jackson stuff. Worth the kindle download - a quick read that doesn't cost much & is lots of fun if you are into fantasy stuff.
